2 – 15 oz. cans organic garbanzo beans, drained
1/3 cup Infused Herbes de Provence Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Japanese Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons sea salt, or to taste.
Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until creamy and smooth.
*Tip: when adding water, use ice water, as it will make your hummus even creamier
Adjust seasoning to your taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve and drizzle additional, fresh olive oil over the top if desired.
