Ripe Peach White Balsamic



Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Peach Balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel-aging process of balsamic vinegar of Modena but is not caramelized: therefore, it retains its white colour. The result is a crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of handcrafted vinegar from Northern Italy.

Pairs with: Extremely adaptable, it can be paired with any of our EVOOs, as well as our flavored oils to make a light, tart vinaigrette. Most popular are Blood Orange, Basil, Milanese Gremolata and Tuscan Herb Olive Oil.

Try with: Fresh fruit, summer salads or drizzle over vanilla ice cream for a surprising zing! Works great for a marinade for chicken pork and fish. If over 21, add to your prosecco – you’ll never go back!
