Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Peach Balsamic follows the cooking and barrel-aging traditions of Modena but is not caramelized, so it retains its white color. The result is a crisp vinegar with a touch of natural sweetness, reminiscent of handcrafted Northern Italian vinegars—perfect when you want bright flavor without darkening your dish.

Whisk into vinaigrettes for green or grain salads, use as a marinade for shrimp, scallops, or chicken, and drizzle over tomatoes, cucumbers, peaches, or burrata. It’s lovely on grilled vegetables, and on the sweet side over yogurt, fruit, panna cotta, shortcakes, or sorbet. Add a splash to sparkling water or cocktails for a peach spritz.
