So great for all seasons. Delish for roasted winter squash. Nice add to cranberry sauces, relish or chutney. Dressing for winter salad – kale, radicchio, etc. Rest of the year adds citrus notes to drssings, marinades, soups. Makes the most delicious olive cake.
