Harissa Extra Virgin Olive Oil



Traditionally used in North African and Middle Eastern cuisine, Harissa is a condiment which is made from dried hot chili peppers, garlic, toasted caraway, toasted coriander and toasted cumin.  It is then pounded into a paste with olive oil. We use Certified Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a copious amount of peppers to make our infused olive oil very spicy, one of the hottest in our collection.

Pair with: Dark Chocolate, Coconut, Espresso, Blueberry, Jalapeno or Mango Vinaigrette.

Try with: Try in poultry dishes, finishing oil for pasta, and grains. Add some heat to any stir fry. Try with omelets, breakfast burritos or an egg skillet.
