It’s complex, piney, and beautifully aromatic, delivering instant Mediterranean character to everything it touches.

Brush over poultry, pork, or lamb, drizzle on sautéed vegetables and roasted potatoes, or finish beans & greens, soups, focaccia, and grilled vegetables. Whisk into vinaigrettes and marinades, or use as a fragrant bread-dipping oil. A little goes a long way—start with a light splash and build to taste.
