Our Jalapeño Fused Olive Oil is both fruity and spicy, made by crushing fresh green, early-harvest Frantoio olives with a large portion of fresh jalapeño peppers. At harvest, we used double the volume of peppers we typically do to maximize flavor. After crushing, the paste is mixed in the malaxer, releasing and marrying the green essential oils of the peppers with the olive oil.

The result is a concentrated, aromatic oil with lingering spiciness, pleasantly bitter-green, vegetal notes, and a vibrant capsaicin zing. Start with a small drizzle and build to taste.

Flavor Notes: Fresh green jalapeño, grassy olive, crisp vegetal bitterness, clean, lingering heat.
