A house favorite, our cold fused garlic is a unique fusion were we take whole cloves of garlic, clean them and finally break them up in the mill during processing. The garlic cloves are crushed whole with the olives producing a fresh and pungent chopped garlic flavor with a green Koroneiki olive finish. The end result is a golden tinted oil from the garlic itself after passing through the decanter. The process is so fragrant, that when it’s crushed and milled, the entire village smells of garlic. Get it while it lasts!!! This is a limited trial batch and absolutely delicious.

Try with: This versatile, heart-healthy oil can be used for sautéing, roasting, grilling, drizzling
on salads or vegetables, in marinades and with baked foods. Particularly delightful as a
replacement for butter over pasta, baked potatoes, rice, or mashed potatoes. Try drizzling
on steaks before grilling, or simply for bread dipping.
